HouseCall MD is a locally-grown, professional, in-home medical service provider serving the Pacific Northwest that is dedicated to providing cost-effective, quality, in-home primary care to the geriatric and the home-bound.

We were established in 2003 by Phiroce Ishaque in Seattle, Washington.  Over the years we have grown from serving a single patient to having hundreds of patients trusting and relying on HouseCall MD to deliver the highest standard of in-home care.

Over the years, studies as well as our personal experiences have shown that treating those who need intensive health care services in their home setting improves outcomes, reduces patient and caregiver stress, and promotes the importance of aging in place.
