Phiroce Ishaque is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with specialty in adult and older adult acute medical care. As a licensed independent health care provider, he has been providing advanced nursing and medical primary health care services in the Seattle area since 2001. In addition to diagnosing and managing acute episodic and chronic illnesses, Phiroce emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. His services include individual patient care, anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory problems, pain management and end of life care to name a few. Phiroce is well known for his compassion, sincerity and individualized attention by his patients.

Phiroce has been a registered nurse since 2000. In 2001, he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington campus. In 2002, he received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington in Seattle.   He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Over the years, Phiroce has practiced in several areas of health care including hospital nursing, home health care, and hospice care.   He has spent the last 13 years as a home health care provider specializing in geriatrics.

Shelley is a Washington native with over 17 years of experience in the health care industry 15 years of that in home care. She started out working in the healthcare industry as a nurse assistant. She loved the experience so much she decided to become a billing expert and gradually into a position of a medical assistant. She is passionate about her role in serving and caring for the geriatric population. She enjoys interacting with HouseCall MD’s patients and always ensures that they receive outstanding treatment in and outside of the home setting. She is a great asset to the HouseCall MD home care team.

In her free time, Shelley enjoys spending time with her 2 awesome boys. You will love getting to know Shelley!

Layna has been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. Her extensive background includes working in both private healthcare and the dental industry. Layna’s current responsibilities include employee payroll, tracking insurance and state authorizations, as well as filing monthly/quarterly taxes. Layna also helps with the day-to-day office activities, computers, telephones, and overall operations. Layna is proud to work for a company that continues to succeed in the healthcare industry by providing essential primary care to the elderly community.

In her free time, Layna enjoys spending time with her family, playing paint-ball, taking road trips, or going to a Seattle Seahawks game with friends.
